Briskettown, Daniel Delaneys brick and mortar shop in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is now officially open. So if youve missed out on one of Daniels Brisketlabs you can now head over for two or three smoked proteins, seasonally driven salad, a slaw & our own bread. We bake pies, too. Of course brisket will be the star of the show, so I figured Id post a few photos of what looks like top notch cow.
